Aistien Keho offers gentle, body-balancing yoga that invites you to pause and listen to yourself.

My special interests include Yin yoga, practices that strengthen the mind–body connection, and somatic methods where movement and awareness come together in a soft and intuitive way.

My teaching style is calm and sensory-based – in each class, we explore how the world feels through the whole body. Self-care and nurturing your own wellbeing through presence are central themes in all my sessions.

I also offer sauna yoga, practiced in a gentle heat of a maximum of 50°C. It supports both body and mind, helps prevent strain and overtraining, and promotes the wellbeing of joints and muscles. Sauna yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
